1.The Nature of Our Craft
At Shrishaay Madhurakriti, every piece is a labor of love, carved by hand from Pure Wood. Because these are artistic creations and not factory-molded products, please note:
Customized Orders: Any product made to your specific dimensions, design, or inscriptions is Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable once production has begun.
Natural Variations: Returns are not accepted based on natural wood characteristics such as grain patterns, knots, or slight color shades, as these are marks of authenticity, not defects.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept return or replacement requests only under the following circumstances:
Damaged in Transit: If the product arrives broken or physically damaged.
Incorrect Item: If you receive a completely different design or size than what was ordered.
Manufacturing Defect: Significant structural issues that compromise the integrity of the piece (excluding natural wood behavior).
3. The “Unboxing” Requirement
To protect both the artisan and the buyer, we strictly require an Unboxing Video.
To claim a refund or replacement for damage, you must record a continuous video while opening the package for the first time.
This video must clearly show the shipping label and the condition of the product as it emerges from the packaging.
Claims without a supporting unboxing video will not be entertained.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Notify us via email at info@shrishaay.com or WhatsApp at +91 95600 30366 within 48 hours of delivery.
- Attach the unboxing video and high-resolution photos of the issue.
- Our team in Delhi will review the claim within 3 business days.
5. Refund Process
If your return is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup (wherever possible) or ask you to ship it back to our Delhi studio.
Once we receive the item and verify its condition, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Note: Original shipping charges and any payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
6. Cancellations
Standard Items: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
Custom Orders: Once the wood has been selected and the first cut is made (usually after 48 hours), cancellations are not permitted as the material is dedicated to your specific vision.
