2. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website—including but not limited to the Shrishaay Madhurakriti name, logo, hand-carved designs, photography, and video content—is the exclusive property of Shrishaay Madhurakriti. Any unauthorized reproduction or use of our unique designs for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
3. Handmade Nature & Variations
As a customer, you acknowledge that our products are 100% handmade and not CNC-machine made.
The “Human Touch”: Minor variations in carving depth, texture, and symmetry are hallmarks of hand-craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
Material: You accept that Pure Wood is a natural material with inherent knots, grain patterns, and color shifts.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
For Custom Commissions, a non-refundable deposit (usually 50%) is required before the wood is selected and carving begins.
5. Accuracy of Information
We attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and YouTube/Instagram showcases. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are 100% error-free, especially regarding the exact “shade” of natural wood, which can vary across different screens.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts. You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security features of the site.
7. Custom Orders & Artistic Integrity
When you commission a custom piece, we work based on your specifications. However, as artists, we reserve the right to make minor adjustments to ensure the structural integrity of the wood and the aesthetic quality of the final piece.
8. Limitation of Liability
Shrishaay Madhurakriti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or the inability to use our website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
